We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Watson Electrical Construction Co, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned jobs and work orders, ensuring they are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate electrical installation, alteration, and repair projects
- Supervise and direct a team of electricians and other personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, materials, and equipment
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or related field
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
The Electrical Superintendent will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, offices, and other locations. The position requires the ability to work in all elements, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
