We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Consulting organization, specifically within the Data Governance team. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their data governance needs and developing strategies to improve data quality, security, and compliance.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in data governance, enterprise data management, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing data governance frameworks and enterprise data management solutions
  • Assessing client data governance maturity levels and creating strategies for improvement
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range

$115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
