Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Administrator to join our team at ScienceBased Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure, desktops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network protocols
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and support Windows Servers and virtual environments
  • Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
  • Assist with IT projects and implement long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and improve network performance
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Desktop Technical Support of Windows OS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Servers
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructures and ability to troubleshoot Windows OS
  • Knowledge and experience with Backup Solutions, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Scripting
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with CRM systems and Cloud Technologies
