Job Overview

The role of the Territory Manager involves overseeing a designated area with a focus on collaborating with distributors that provide innovative solutions aimed at alleviating the challenges faced by healthcare professionals. This includes addressing issues related to the opioid crisis, decreasing reimbursements, and rising operational costs by presenting alternative therapies, access to prevention tools, and supplementary revenue initiatives aligned with the mission to mitigate abuse.

This position entails engaging in outside sales, as well as office-based interactions with private practices and employed physicians, with the objective of acquiring new business and expanding the customer base. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for managing activities within the offices of existing clients to facilitate various medical programs, enhance patient education, and train staff.

Potential physician office environments may encompass Orthopedic and Pain Management clinics, Physical Therapy centers, Chiropractic practices, and Addiction Treatment facilities, among other medical call points.

To excel in this role, the Territory Manager must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional customer service skills, accountability, and the capacity to manage high-stress situations. A collaborative mindset with leadership qualities is essential, along with the ability to work independently.
