Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues with materials and components.
  • Manage supplier certifications and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Apply problem-solving methods like 5-Why, FMEA, and Root-Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and maintain key quality records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality in a regulated industry, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Proven experience in conducting supplier audits, supporting internal audits, and performing root cause investigations.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with audits.
  • Lean and Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
