Job Title: Habilitation Support Specialist

About the Role:

Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Habilitation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community-based services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to providing high-quality support services that promote independence, social inclusion, and personal growth. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Furnish supports in a non-residential setting, promoting community participation and social integration.
  • Provide assistance and training to enable individuals to access community resources, such as transportation, communication assistance, and companion services.
  • Document medication administration, incidents, and other important events accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preference given to those with experience in DDID.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g., Notary).

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
