Job Description:
College of William & MaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Account Customer Service Representative. This role provides front-line customer service to the Bursars office, answering phone calls, serving walk-in customers, and maintaining accurate financial transactions related to student accounts.
As a Student Account Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. You will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to resolve issues and provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
