Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting practitioners in the performance of procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and administering vaccines. Additionally, they will participate in the provision of safe and quality nursing care under the guidance of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist practitioners in the performance of procedures
- Telephone prescription orders/refills and maintain accurate patient records
- Relay test results and provide safe and quality nursing care within scope of practice
- Administer vaccines and perform Fibroscan procedures with provided training
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon LPN licensure
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred, particularly in lab/EKG settings
Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year
