Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders involved in a loan application, including clients, brokers, loan officers, and team members to ensure a smooth and positive application process.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and external entities to gather necessary documentation and information required for application processing.
  • Promptly inform all relevant parties of any discrepancies concerning standard mortgage procedures.
  • Prepare and/or reconcile essential reports as needed.
  • Oversee incoming loan conditions through various communication channels.
  • Evaluate documentation received to confirm its entry into the loan processing system.
