Key Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities outline the general expectations for this role:

  • Identify and prioritize vacant rooms for immediate cleaning and prepare for upcoming check-outs.
  • Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Change and restock linens and amenities, managing soiled items appropriately.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Care for rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Dust and clean furniture and equipment.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and door panels.
  • Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies and restock as needed.
  • Complete special tasks as assigned by management.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or information.
  • Keep supervisors informed of any significant issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist fellow room attendants as needed throughout the resort.
  • Communicate with management regarding completed cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required for Vacation Homes only.

*Single occupancy, no pets allowed. Inquiries regarding housing can be made during the interview process.
