Job Title: Warming Center Case Manager

The Salvation Army Family Haven Shelter in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a skilled Warming Center Case Manager to provide essential services to individuals and families involved in the Warming Center program.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, temporary position, 40 hours per week, with a starting pay range between $19.00 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial intake assessments of newly admitted residents to determine client needs.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor individual case management plans to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.
  3. Meet with clients weekly to review progress and address concerns.
  4. Provide information and referrals on employment, housing, utilities, budgeting, personal wellness, and parenting to improve client functioning.
  5. Network with community agencies to enhance relationships and improve client services.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a human services field with three years of related work experience is required. Combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have an outgoing personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse cultures.

Strong leadership style, good organizational skills, and a commitment to carrying out The Salvation Army's mission are essential. Knowledge of The Salvation Army and government, state, and community resources is helpful. Must have working knowledge of computers and reliable transportation.
