Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Director

Exelon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Director to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage regulatory relationships with the Illinois Commerce Commission and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and direct the identification, evaluation, and analysis of strategic policy options for ComEd's electricity distribution business.
  • Act as a key regulatory resource to all business units of ComEd on regulatory matters, strategies, and policies.
  • Manage the Company's anticipation of and response to regulatory issues, coordinating across all ComEd business units.
Requirements:
  • BS or BA degree in business, economics, or other related discipline.
  • Twelve or more years of experience in the retail rate, regulatory, financial, strategic planning, marketing, or economic analysis areas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to represent the Company internally and externally.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with members of the Illinois Commerce Commission.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $176,000.00/Yr. - $264,000.00/Yr.
  • Annual bonus for eligible positions: 30% plus an additional $50K annually.
