We are looking for a skilled Project Manager-Indoor Air Quality to join our team at BBG. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects related to indoor air quality, including asbestos, lead, mold, radon, and VOCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Lead teams of inspectors and technicians to conduct site visits and collect samples.
  • Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and track project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline (e.g., environmental science, chemistry).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Asbestos Building Inspector Certification, Lead-Based Paint Inspector Certification, and NRSB or NRPP Radon Measurement certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
