**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving warehouse performance objectives, defining cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Achieve Warehouse Performance Objectives: Establish warehouse on-the-floor operation excellence daily management methods.
  • Define Cost-Saving Opportunities: Identify areas for improvement, measure performance, analyze opportunities, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain Receiving, Warehousing, and Outbound Operations: Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with Internal and External Customers: Report to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Comply with Regulations: Study existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
  • Safeguard Warehouse Operations: Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain Warehouse Condition: Plan and implement new design layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Achieve Financial Objectives: Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Maintain Warehouse Staff: Recruit, select, orient, and train employees.
  • Maintain Warehouse Staff Job Results: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees, plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
