As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety and environmental policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
