Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RS Master Aircraft Technician A&P to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of aircraft mods and maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including periodic inspections and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems.
  2. Provide work direction and guidance to assigned technicians, promoting high standards of quality and safety.
  3. Assume leadership roles and responsibilities, including leading team meetings and coordinating with inspection teams.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal and FAA regulations.
  5. Properly identify and store customer property and equipment.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures and joint safety analyses when operating ground support equipment.
  7. Coordinate aircraft movement and assist in training new employees.
  8. Participate in safety management systems, including investigations and site safety council meetings.
  9. Assist in problem-solving initiatives and process implementation, supporting lean activities.
  10. Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, vendor information, and procedures.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. 8 years of aviation maintenance experience, including 4 years of experience working on Gulfstream mid/large size aircraft.
  3. Corporate aircraft experience preferred.
  4. FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate required.
  5. Valid Driver's License required.
