What We're Looking For...

We're seeking a team member with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our Radiate Hospitality, LLC team as a Barista.

This role is all about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, while also showcasing our top-notch coffee, food, and drink menu.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers by determining their coffee, food, and drink interests and needs.
• Preparing and selling coffee, food, and drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for drinks such as espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, and cocktails.
• Generating revenue by attracting new customers and defining new and expanded services and products.
• Selling coffee by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines, and demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
• Maintaining inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, and maintaining supplies, pastries, syrups, etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of previous experience in barista training and/or hospitality.
