MCLAIN is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization forward. With 120 years of industry expertise, we're looking for a leader who can drive growth and excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our 2,000 existing business clients, while also identifying new opportunities for growth. Your role will involve learning our proprietary systems and processes, as well as training and developing a small team to support you. As you progress in your career, you'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and advance to the Agency Director role. This is a paid weekly position, with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year. Key Responsibilities: * Service existing client base * Research new business opportunities * Supervise team activity and results * Train and develop incoming team members * Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM Required Skills: * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong supervisory and leadership skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment * Passion for helping people and developing relationships * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Sales or customer service experience * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset * The desire to be active in the community * Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) Licensing Requirements: * Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required * Must have a clean background and your own transportation * 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement We're looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping others and driving business growth.
