Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a key role in our store operations, responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of employees, and contributing to the overall success of our Domino's Pizza LLC franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure accurate ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Employee Development: Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career advancement and employee satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
