Job Summary

As a key member of the Life Time Fitness team, the Facility Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities. This position requires a high level of adaptability, as you will work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by conducting regular inspections and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and make necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Participate in safety training and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Operations Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to member inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and paying up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
