Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, land development, and purchasing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Analyze data and reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
