Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Lafayette Hill campus - is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThe RN Charge Nurse is responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and attention. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a clinical leader and mentor to our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collect and document resident data, including medical assessments and care plans, to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and nursing standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification required (prior to or upon employment).
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month or 16 hours per month during the week.
- Commitment to working at least 1 summer and winter holiday.
