**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Aristacare At Norwood Terrace. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
* Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are following facility policies and procedures
* Participate in employee performance evaluations and make recommendations to the Nurse Supervisor
* Greet newly admitted residents and escort them to their rooms as necessary
* Participate in the orientation of new residents and family members to the facility
* Develop and implement in-service training classes to educate nursing staff
