The Revenue Analysis Specialist is tasked with transforming Enhanced Bill Review outcomes into a UB formatted document that accurately reflects the results by Revenue Code lines.

This position is remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Convert the Summary of Adjusted Report outcomes into a UB formatted document.
2. Implement quality control protocols to ensure the precision of conversions.
3. Apply individual line results according to UB Revenue Code.
4. Verify that specified Patient Demographic(s) align with original UB data (e.g., Patient Name, Date of Service, Bill Charges, etc.).
5. Adhere to production and turnaround time expectations.
6. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, or management to achieve product objectives and proactively identify potential issues.
7. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all communication aspects.
8. Provide general support as needed.
9. Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, including assisting in the training of new employees.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Effective communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of office experience.
- Experience in Data Entry.

COMPENSATION:

Pay Rate:
$19.43 per hour.
