About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Commercial Lines professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the renewal process to ensure timely policy renewals and invoicing within set standards.
  • Monitor and optimize CSR workloads to identify and resolve issues as needed.
  • Coach CL CSRs to meet or exceed KPI goals and drive growth expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to service standards and workflow best practices.
  • Manage new business written through producers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty; Large Commercial experience preferred.
  • High proficiency in Commercial Lines coverages and NY/NJ market knowledge.
  • Prior leadership experience in commercial lines is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products and Agency Management Systems.

Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 per annum
