We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our New Jersey-based Commercial Lines team, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of Commercial Lines professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the renewal process to ensure timely policy renewals and invoicing within set standards.
- Monitor and optimize CSR workloads to identify and resolve issues as needed.
- Coach CL CSRs to meet or exceed KPI goals and drive growth expectations.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to service standards and workflow best practices.
- Manage new business written through producers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty; Large Commercial experience preferred.
- High proficiency in Commercial Lines coverages and NY/NJ market knowledge.
- Prior leadership experience in commercial lines is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft products and Agency Management Systems.
Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 per annum
