Job Summary

Waste Pro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Driver to operate front-load collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL and a safe driving record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate front-load collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, collecting waste from commercial businesses and residential areas.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Empty containers using levers inside the truck cab and transport waste to designated local landfills or disposal areas.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate records of route productivity, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A or B CDL with a safe driving record.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Work Environment

Works in a variety of environments, including wide temperature and weather variations, noise, and vibrations.
