Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Director Surgical Services to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the surgical services department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective department operations.
- Direct and supervise staff, including nursing personnel, to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and compassionate manner.
- Manage department budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of personnel and supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
- Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSN degree.
- WOCN certification.
