Abrazo Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Director to lead our Surgical Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise nursing staff to ensure effective workflow and patient care.
- Establish and maintain budgetary and fiscal accountability for the Surgical Services department.
- Collaborate with physicians, employees, and volunteers to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve department services and standards of care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
- Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider.
