Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to identify operational goals and needs, translating requirements into detailed specifications
  • Document current state workflows and analyze designated systems for configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Ensure client engagement expectations and deliverable deadlines are met, preparing action plans and implementing necessary changes
  • Investigate alternative solutions, including vendor analysis and evaluations, and identify new opportunities for implementation and optimization
  • Supervise day-to-day workload on assigned engagements and review work product
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems, or eight years of industry experience with EHR/Practice Management vendor systems
  • Three years of Epic build/optimization experience and five years of healthcare industry experience, with a vendor or consulting organization, or within a large provider-based delivery system
  • Epic Certification and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with EHR vendor systems such as Cerner, athenaIDX, and Allscripts
  • Executive presence, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, leadership skills, and independence
