Dental Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced dental specialist to join our team in Hagerstown and Cumberland, Maryland. The successful candidate will provide top-notch clinical dental services while enjoying a range of benefits and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Collaborate effectively with the regional team
Qualifications:
- Active dental license in Maryland
- Experience or interest in correctional or specialized dental settings
- Proficiency in exodontia
- Excellent communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)
- Dress code: Casual or scrubs
- Language requirement: English proficiency
Compensation:
$145,000 - $165,000 per year (for 5 days a week)
Per diem rate: $100 per hour
Experience-based rate: $80 per hour (plus or minus)
A comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, 401k, and more. Eligibility for benefits after 1000 hours. Five sick days, two education days, and paid holidays.
