Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at MySpot. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, comprehensive care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the evaluation of patients' functional abilities and limitations to help develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve patients' fine motor skills, strength, coordination, and independence in daily activities.
Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatment, adjusting interventions as directed by the occupational therapist.
Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic techniques and activities they can perform at home to enhance rehabilitation progress.

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in state of practice.
