The estimated annual salary for this role is $106,931, based on an hourly wage of $51.41 in New Mexico.
Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing clinically-based case management to support efficient patient care. Your responsibilities will include utilization management, care coordination, and transition planning, with the goal of enhancing quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must have a Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) with ten years of experience in utilization review or case management. Current State of New Mexico Registered Nurse licensure and two years of clinical nursing experience are also required. National Case Management certification is preferred.
