Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.S. or B.A. degree.

Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, collaborating with operational teams, and implementing technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to investigate and develop technologies that improve guest and crew member experiences.
  • Strong project management skills for pilot testing and broad implementation efforts, including cross-functional project planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of POS and payment processing systems, restaurant management applications, and other digital tools.
  • Understanding of competitive business practices that are considered best in class or emerging in guest-facing or crew member-facing technologies.
  • Strong grasp of restaurant operations and the unique challenges within a fast casual dining environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative thinker capable of utilizing critical thinking to propose creative solutions to operational challenges.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 15 to 20% to engage with field teams and restaurant staff, analyze competitor practices, and support pilot and implementation activities.
