About the RoleWe're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Engage with guests, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions
- Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times and maintain a high level of service
- Stay up-to-date on store products, services, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
