About This Opportunity

Jarrell Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team. As a key member of our hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients while developing strong relationships with their owners.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care through physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain physical examination findings and present treatment plans
  • Monitor associate doctor performance and production, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure delivery of high-quality care and exceptional client service
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attending Continuing Education meetings
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the applicable state
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
