Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Requires in-depth professional knowledge and practical/applied expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
  • Oversees care delivered by patient care team; coordinates plan of care.
  • Accountable that patient care meets standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations.
  • Responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license.
  • Current AHA BLS Certification.
  • Current AHA ACLS Certification.
  • Current AHA PALS certification.
  • 2 years in acute care for Med/Surg.
  • 2 years in psychiatric facility for Behavioral Health.
  • 2 years acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional languages preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
