About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine tests and procedures, such as measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
  • Operate hemodialysis machines and ensure proper setup and calibration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
