Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Dallas-based Project Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of assigned projects, including scheduling, procurement, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned projects
• Procure equipment and subcontracts
• Monitor and accurately project job costs
• Maintain billing and schedules
• Provide technical support and leadership to the field
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:
• 2 years minimum of relevant work experience managing mechanical construction projects
• Negotiating experience in construction change orders and project presentations
• Ability to solve complex problems using various problem-solving techniques
• Good written and oral communication skills and polished presentation skills

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
