**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor in our Cath Lab department. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cath Lab, ensuring that all procedures are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in the Cath Lab
* Ensure that all procedures are conducted in accordance with established protocols and policies
* Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care and treatment
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
