We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at Adventist Health White Memorial - Montebello. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers while gaining first-hand knowledge and practical experience in the field.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity for students and individuals looking to gain experience in a clinical setting. You will work one-on-one with physicians and other healthcare providers, developing your skills in medical terminology, human anatomy, and human physiology.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately document patient information and medical history
  • Assist physicians with clinical tasks and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and concepts
