Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently document patient information in electronic medical records
  • Assist physicians and healthcare providers with clinical tasks and procedures
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Stay up-to-date with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to provide accurate documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
