As a Home Health RN Traveler, you will provide medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Completes nursing assessments and documents patient information accurately.
  • Communicates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Provides patient education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Administers medications as prescribed and documents patient responses.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience as a RN, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience.
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
