Versiti Inc. is seeking a skilled Donor Phlebotomist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile phlebotomy team, you will be responsible for collecting whole blood and apheresis products from donors while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform phlebotomy collections in a mobile setting, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Interact with donors and coordinators to deliver a high-quality donation experience.
- Operate the mobile drive vehicle safely and efficiently, transporting staff and cargo as needed.
- Prepare collection sites and perform setup, including technology systems.
- Conduct donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy, observing donors for reactions and providing care as needed.
- Recruit and convert donors for automation, rebooking appointments as necessary.
- Maintain product integrity, ensuring proper identification of donors and completing department records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with prior driving experience required.
- Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts, and information, and/or the use of simple equipment, machines, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, apply judgment to written or oral instructions, and organize work to provide productive workflow.
- $17/hour + based on experience.
- 8 weeks of paid phlebotomy training.

- Shift differentials for evenings and weekends.
