Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Case Manager to work with our Team Members on housing, employment, and other self-sufficiency goals. You will be working directly with Team Members to navigate services and help them reduce the barriers to self-sufficiency through strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, while managing priorities and workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate support and assistance to each Team Member to achieve their goals on housing, jobs, transportation, health, and legal issues
- Work with Team Members to develop job search collateral, run employment readiness workshops, and employment-focused volunteer pairing events
- Develop housing and employment leads with local landlords, property managers, and employers
- Utilize any available subsidies and affordable housing units to place Team Members into housing
- Maintain regular appointments and office hours with Team Members and staff
- Present new services and opportunities to the entire Team at designated Case Management sections in weekly Success Team Meetings
- Support Team Members in court, at housing-related appointments, social service agencies, etc.
- Establish productive relationships with each and every Team Member with no bias or prejudice towards race, religion, age, sex, disability, or sexual preference
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent listening comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
