Job Title: Transportation Specialist for Children's Activities

Location: Scranton, PA 18501

Salary: Up to $17 per hour

About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and safe Transportation Specialist to transport children from school to extra-curricular activities in Lackawanna County. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a van or similar vehicle and working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a van, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Transport children while following safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized van by regularly cleaning and sanitizing it.
  • Provide assistance to children as needed, including helping them with their belongings and ensuring their safe arrival.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for all children.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other support staff to ensure the needs of all children are met.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience driving a van or similar vehicle.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills with children and adults.

Benefits:
