Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
  • Identify revenue opportunities among established products and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and expenditures, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track key performance metrics and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team and organization.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategy, working closely with leadership and creatives to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Regularly review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions with leadership, and provide training to ensure the marketing team is consistently performing above standard.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, copywriting, communications, branding, and SEO.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.
