Montessori Education Specialist

**Job Overview**
AEME is a young non-profit whose mission is to increase access to high-quality, low-cost/no-cost Montessori early childhood education for children and families. Our Alder Montessori program has operated since 2015, providing tuition-free education to low-income children and families.
We are seeking an experienced Montessori Primary Lead Guide/Teacher to join our team at the Reynolds School District. This is a full-time, 10-month salaried exempt professional position with a hiring range of $50,000 to $62,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and integrate primary curriculum for students.
- Facilitate parent engagement and education, as well as conferences.
- Manage records and data, conduct student assessments, and provide day-to-day support to bilingual classroom assistants.
- Collaborate with the School/Education Director and model grace, courtesy, and compassion with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience as a lead Montessori primary guide/teacher.
- University undergraduate degree in a relevant field and AMI or AMS Montessori primary teaching certification.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written) are preferred.
- Experience working in the public school system and a master's degree in education are also desirable.
