Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed therapists with physical therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
