Automotive Title Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of title functions, scanning title documents, applying for duplicate and dealer titles, and assisting in the follow-up of older deals and out-of-state transactions.

• Handle all aspects of title functions, including scanning title documents and applying for duplicate and dealer titles.
• Assist in the follow-up of older deals and out-of-state transactions.
• Handle the title work of loaner and wholesale vehicles.

• Prior title clerk experience is required.
• Learns quickly and is very accurate with their work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
• Knowledge of Dealer track/TRIVIN is a plus.
