About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technician-Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our J-Team, you will be responsible for performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Oil Change, routine preventative maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, testing, and replacing worn and defective parts.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Oil Change, fluid maintenance, filters, wipers, belts, batteries, and inspect and repair brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, engine, and other repair services
  • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, motivated, and a team player
  • Must have a valid driver's license and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Complete all required training courses through Jiffy Lube University
  • Perform clean up duties and ensure the service center is orderly and presentable
Requirements
  • Previous experience is essential and requires a minimum of 1-year working for a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, and for those considering college you can earn credits through Jiffy Lube (Ace Credit) courses.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as be able to speak effectively with our guests and other teammates.
